I have endured a lot of intimidation from herShe tells me she is lawyer and that I am messing with the wrong personThree weeks ago she sent her friends and family to further intimidate me as they attempted to break my doorThis strange incident prompted me to call the police and request a restraining orderfortunately the camera captured the whole episodeMy door as a result of the incident sustained some damage.Sincerely,*** *** ***

*** *** is making claimsI never even had a bag of candy to leave instead of my phoneAs I explained in my original statement I am a social worker and at no time can I leave my phone with people because there confidential client information on it, this was also explained to *** *** and her NiceceI offered to leave wallet I have witness statements to prove itAlso *** *** claims in her statement that she quoted me a priceThis is when I showed up to the shop at 1pm only her Niece was thereShe arrived an hour later after her niece had already told me $for the entire touch-upAlso when her niece finished my hair it was 4pmTherefore her claim that it was dark outside is also falseI called the police when she locked me in the store for not leaving my cell phone with her, it was only after that original call made by me that she then instructed her Niece to call the police as well*** *** also claims that she did my hair that too is also false, it was her NIECE that did my hair, quotes me a price and then changed the price after my hair was finished*** *** indeed locked me in the shop for 40mins because I wanted to leave her my wallet and not a phone that I could loose my job if it gets in the wrong handsI am requesting a FULL refund for the misrepresentation of price for the service as well as for the mistreatment I endured while being detained in *** *** shop against my will for 40mins

Dear sir/Madam I refute all the assertions of *** ***Her actions indicated someone with intentions to cause troubleAs she indicated in her statement, she came in for a specific style (a touch up) and asked for priceI told her $for each line; so one line was not enough to cover the
old braid, then I did lines round her head for $I started cleaning then she requested to do the middle part, I told her it’s going to cost more, she asks me how much, I told her $extra, she accepted, so when I finished, I told her to pay me; she said she don’t have the money and had to access the ATM machineBeen a new customer I suggested her to leave her phone with me, it was dark round 6:to PM; she refused with attitude and told me she will leave a plastic bag of no value (only candy) with meI took the key out off the lock and told my niece to call the policeAt that time she had already called her mother who came and continuously banged on the doorThe police ca me as usual and arbitrated between us and I got paid for the serviceI have been in this business for more than nine years but unfortunately, when you open your doors for business, you have to deal with unscrupulous customers tooFor this reason, I have now put up a sign that reads PAY BEFORE SERVICE to eliminate such incident in the futureI have the unwavering support of a tide of good customers that appreciate my service and I want to keep it this waySincerely, *** *** ***

[redacted] is again making false accusations. Im confident that her security cameras will reflect the incident of that day September **, 2015 as it actually happened. I have NEVER sent my family over to her business and her door sustained zero damage. My mother came to get me from the shop on the day of the incident and that is the only time [redacted] has come in contact with anyone from my family. I am still requesting a full refund for the mistreatment I received by [redacted] and her "niece" as she stated. I am also confident that her security camera's will reflect that my family , nor me has been to her shop since September **, 2015. If necessary I can contact the local police department that sent over the two officers to make a statement as well. They were there for incident and know that her door did not sustain any damages.
