Delta Auto Protect

A representative reached out to Mr. [redacted] today who has confirmed he received the payment.

A check has been reissued to customer with tracking, customer confirmed receipt.

I have found Delta Auto Protect very reasonable and understanding when working with them. Recently I had a part on my 2008 MB GL320 go bad and as luck would have it the item was not covered. When I asked for some consideration on the matter they graciously helped offset 30% of the invoice. How many firms in business today will work with a customer to this extent? Not many ! I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. They get an "A" in my book !

We have received this notification from your offices today and would like to respond to this complaint in kind.  As to the understanding [redacted] called on 10-16-15 he was debating whether to keep his extended service program or cancel, he was then notified of fees that may apply if...

cancelled after 30 days.
[redacted] was then offered an incentive of a $50 car wash voucher, if he were to retain his program.  [redacted] then stated he will keep his program.  
After receiving this notification we 
E-mailed customer a confirmation of cancellation for a full refund of $1,750.00 and issued the refund as noted.
Issue was clarified for customer and refund was processed.

I signed up with Delta Auto Protect in June 2015. Since then, I've had two major problems with my car. Delta has honored their extended auto warranty coverage in a timely manner. I am highly impressed with their professionalism and courtesy.
