In Novwe contacted Delivery Biz Pro about their meal delivery software *** ***, the salesperson told us how easy it was, the cost was $with $fee per month for up to customers ordering When I asked him when it began he stated when the site went live, which made sense, because we had no website or customers We explained in detail how our business worked and previous problems with programmers We paid the $then in Febwe were chgd $When we complained we were told it started one month after signing not what we had been toldAfter months of dealing with them they informed us in late summer their program would not work and we needed to change our bus model, which we could not do.We had paid them $at that pointWe were then told that for another $7,they could tweak the progam to accomodate usHad they listened to us or even looked over our business at the beginning or they would have seen it would not work with their software
