Deliver My AC Service

Problem was never resolved and company has refused to issue a refund due to their negligence.
My AC unit was not producing cold air so I called Deliver My AC Service (DMAC). On Monday (12/03/2018), a DMAC technician came to my residence and charged 11 lbs. of refrigerant (freon) for a total of $388.19 (Invoice # ***). He didn't conduct a leak check and I turned off the thermostat to preserve the refrigerant.

On Saturday (12/29/2018) I finally turned on my AC unit and noticed it wasn't producing cold air. I sent the owner (Kirk) a message informing him of this and he put me on the schedule for Thursday (01/03/2019).

On Thursday (01/03/2019), Kirk came out with another technician and stated that because my TXV valve broke the refrigerant had completely escaped.

I called two other AC companies in January and confirmed that while my TXV valve needs to be replaced (as well as other parts), it was not the reason why the refrigerant escaped. In fact, one company charged my AC unit with a few pounds and put a liquid on the end of the TXV valve to show it wasn't escaping (proving it was a leak elsewhere). Furthermore, I was informed that anything over 2-3 lbs. should've been checked for a leak on 12/03/2018.

I have contacted Kirk requesting a refund due to this issue not being resolved since 12/03/2018 and he declined. I've also offered him to come prove the results of the other AC companies otherwise and he has declined that as well.

Beware! This company is one of the best companies in orlando! After many years of getting ripped off by other companies I finally found the most honest one!
