Review: My mortgage company transfered me to this company, which I knew nothing about ( via a phone connection from SLS)

The Company took 1495.00 (fourteen hundred and ninety five dollars from my checking account) I have been trying to recover my money as they have not provided any legal services to me at all. I cannot get any answers from [redacted] not even a phone call. The person on the phone call says they have moved out and they have no idea how to reach them also I am not the only person tring to find this Company. I am a senior citizen and it's not fair to take advantage of seniors or any person race creed or color. Please help me to recover my 1495.00 as I am loosing my home after 41 years.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in full of 1495.00

Review: I began working with them for a home loan modification in March. I forwarded them $3000 for their services. In the beginning, communication was not an issue. However, I am facing foreclosure and the will not return my calls or emails about the status of my case. I sent in required documents on July **, 2015 and since then, I can't even get them to acknowledge that they've received them. They seem to be dragging their feet and ignoring me. Meanwhile, I could lose my home and end up in the street. I emailed and/or called on July **, **, **, **, August *, **, **, **, **, ** and even today, September *. The only response that I have received was from Melissa W[redacted] on August **, stating that Kristen M[redacted] would contact me that afternoon and another email from her on August ** stating she was out of the office.

I would like for them to return calls and emails with actual updates and/or information. They have been paid to work in my favor and fail to do so from what I can tell.Desired Settlement: I would like my emails and phone calls responded to in a timely manner and I would like to know the progress of my case. I would like for Delisa Law Group to do what they said they would and finish the job!!! I feel ripped off by a company that solicited my business just to leave me hanging!!

Review: on September[redacted],2013 we gave the DeLisa Law Group 1,061.88 $ in cash for quick start for loan modification process!! then on October [redacted] paid $561.88 then the balance in twelve equal installments of $280.94 on the 1st and 15th days or the following business day of each subsequent months, commencing November [redacted] ,2013! so our complaint is what or where has our $4,995.00 gone ?? an other law group notified us of a problem with DeLisa and they would handle our account but they want more money as well... please we need help and answers...Desired Settlement: would like an answer and refund...

At this time, I have been contacted directly by DeLisa Law Group, PLLC regarding complaint ID[redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]the DeLisa Law group claims that my lawyers, I have now told them they could not contact us. we our selves prior to this complaint tried many times to receive any kind of proof[in detail]about our services they had said they would do and provide!!this goes back since we hired them and when they just up and quit on us[know explanation] We then enlisted [redacted] to take over EVERYTHING that they[DeLisa] was hired and PAID to do!!!! upon them contacting me [redacted], they wanted me to come in and have a meeting with [redacted] himself...at the time of call on 3-**-15 approx. [redacted]....I was working could not really talk but did again ask for proof and did refuse meeting till I contacted my lawyer!!
