DTC Cable has been working on upgrading and replacing equipment and cable software over a period of several months During this time some customers experienced temporary service issue on some stations for short periods of time.Customer was installed on the new cable service on 12/14/ Customer called our office and reported that they are very happy with the new service with no complaints

My family and I have the bundle package from Delhi Telephone (tv, internet and phone) On a daily basis our tv freezes and we either have to change the channel and then go back to the original or we have to wait and it takes between - seconds I have had to call them on a daily basis and it does not get fixed The service men have been very polite and responsive, so we are wondering if the administration is not providing their employees with the necessary equipment to fix the situation
I have a list of other people who have also experienced the same or more issues with Delhi Telephone and would provide their names and addresses if need be
We pay right around $per month and feel we should get a service that is worth what we pay for
There is no other service or thing we could pay for that would be allowed to daily provide an improperly functioning product or service and be allowed to continue it with no changes being made
We have called and been told to reset our cabl

12/14/16.  Customer called our office and reported that they are very happy with the new service with no complaints.
