allow you to pick out a new frame, as long as you bring back the first frame, in new condition, before October 17th.We are sorry you are not happy with the frame you picked outWe are absolutely certain that you did receive the frame which you selected on the day of your appointment because our standard practice is to write the frate and lens information on the patient's record while the patient is still here with usAdditionally, we know our inventory and there are no other frames that are even similar to that one with which it could have been confused.So, please bring us the glasses and pick out a different frame before October 17th so we can resolve this issue.Thank you
