We have reviewed the situation and have determined that the best solution is for us to reduce the charge from $down to $85. This cost is for us removing lint in the dryer vent. We acknowledge we should have contact the homeowner prior to make sure they were ok with us making the
repair. We did not do that but went ahead and did the repair without thier prior permission - we are hoping that the $charge is acceptable and reasonalbe ThanksMike
