I am or rather was a pest control customer for quite some timeI had no complaints with my service until I found out that *** was no longer at the companyI was contacted by "the new guy", and he told me he would be out the next day to do my treatment sometime in the early morningIt was almost 1:pm, and "the new guy" had not shown up and for that matter, has not called me
I called the office and the receptionist put me on hold and said she would call the guy and find out where/when he would be to my homeShe said his phone went to his voice message and she said she left a message
Nearly an hour later, almost 2:pm, he showed upI was not happy that I have been home all morning waiting for "the new guy" to show upI could of been productive in doing my errands, if I didn't end up waiting nearly hours
His name was *** and he did not so much as apologize or even mention the fact that he was extremely late, which really ticked me offOn top of his attitude, it was obvious that he was very insecure with himself and that was quite apparent once he started servicing my homeHe didn't seem secure with what he was suppose to be doing, because he asked me numerous times what the tech before him did
I'm sure he sensed that I was irritated because when he was through, I asked him to do a small area off the patio like *** use to do and he said, "Well that will cost extra and if he did that for you then that was him, I'm not him, but if you want I will ask my boss" I told him I was a yearly customer and I shouldn't have to pay extra" He basically brushed it off and leftDidn't say goodbye, see you next time, if you need anything, etcHe just left - I found him to be QUITE RUDE, SHORT TEMPERED, and NOT AT ALL knowledgeable, friendly, or even informative like ***, *** or ***
I cancelled my service months later because again, *** said he was coming one day and never showed upHe called days later around 10:in the evening and left a messageThe next day he called (days after he said he would be over) and TOLD me he was on his wayI responded with, "You DO NOT CALL MY HOME at 10:pm, and you sure as hell DON'T TELL ME you are on your way" This is MY HOME and I DECIDE WHO/WHEN someone can come over

apology! I have a problem with that because I am sure that the cost was over that amountAt this time I can not locate my receipt to verify the refund shortagePlease check your copy to help me with this matterThis shortage on their part only means that they are disrespecting me as a customer!!
