On 09/02/we purchased a used Ford Fflatbed pickup truck, VIN # [redacted] from [redacted] Auto which had been advertised on [redacted] as ?nice steel flat bed truck? with ?few miles? and as described by your salesman Jose as "very good condition? The ad falsely also states the mileage as miles when in fact it was over 150,miles The sales contract lists two known issues a defective AC system and a "cam shaft sensor" but other than that the salesman said the truck was in VERY good condition We purchased the vehicle for $and started our drive back to Pahrump and we got less than miles away from Del Sol Auto and the engine blew upIt is totally seized and needs a new engine Del Sol Auto has offered to pay 50% of the new engine costs if we pay to tow the truck all the way back to Las Vegas to their location and have them do the work, and honestly I am not going to pay $for a tow when it is my belief that Del Sol Auto knew there was a majo

Mr*** came out to our dealership on November 8th, Mario, sales representative here at our establishment, assisted Mr. *** with the process of his purchased. Mario and Mr*** were looking at a Volvo S40, both got into a agreement on price and
terms, and that is when Mr*** gave Mario his credit card to be run for $300, which I am sending you proof with his signature. It is not that we run it without his authorization, otherwise it wouldn't been signed by him
What happened is that in between his transaction another customer was signing paper work with the F&I ManagerMr*** got impatient, and wanted to leave and requested his down paymentWe didn't hesitate on refunding his money to his credit cardBut what he doesn't understand is that once the refund process starts, it is not in our hands to know how long it may take to get his refund available into his account. We told him that normally it take one to three days
I want to express to him that our goal everyday is to try to make car deals and not unwind deals, we truly appreciate he gave us his timeUnfortunately the outcome was different
