October 7, Dear [redacted] ***,When [redacted] approved the estimate for the work to be done at her property on the month of August she specifically asked for the stump grindings to be used as mulch and to place them on the flower bed to avoid the cost of my company to remove the grindings from her property.Around September 15, she called me to tell me that she had changed her mind about the grindings and that she would like for me to remove themI told her I would do it for a cost of $since the first contract had already been fulfilled and she agreedI also told her that I would be able to do it in about weeks from the date she called me because I had a full schedule at that timeWhen I called her to set up the date she said that she had hired someone else to remove the grindings.My company never abandoned the job and I did return her calls as oppose to what she claims.Sincerely,Erik D
