Lashes started falling off even before I got home
I have never put reviews for any business especially negative reviews but couldn't help myself.
Not worth your money. My lashes started coming off before I could reach home. I should have turned around and went back but thought its okay just one sometime things happen and the place was too far from my house. Woke up next day inspite of laying on my back all night .. and woke uo half the lashes gone 🤦🏻‍♀️

Unethical business
This has been an absolutely horrible experience at the Rock Hill location of Deka Lash. I believe it is imperative that the public know about my experience and avoid Deka Lash at all costs. For over one year I have been a loyal member of Deka Lash. I have had amazing lash artists...Bee was the best. Recently, Deka Lash Rock Hill underwent changes and became corporate owned. Over the past two months, I have shown up at appointments where the lash artist did not show up and I was not notified ahead of time of the cancellation, I have been contacted an hour before said appointment to let me know they were cancelling, or I have been told they were cancelling, rescheduled, and then shown up for the rescheduled appointment with the lash artist not showing up yet again. When I have reached out to customer service, they have been extremely rude. They will not return any calls without you having to beg for over 40 minutes to get a call back from a live person. When I have spoken with a live person (Caitlyn) today, she blamed me for them cancelling the appointment and acted like I was being deceptive about my scheduled appointment today. When I told her I had text message confirmation about the appointment, she hung up on me. I have also spoke with Kathy Espinito multiple times and she blames "poor work life balance" on the employees at the Rock Hill location not showing up. She takes no responsibility for how they treat their employees. What they deem proper training (according to several of the lash artists who have been "trained" by them) is them doing lashes and sending them pictures of the completed job. They receive no support from people like Kathy or her higher ups and then they get blamed. This is an extremely unethical company and I feel like I have been robbed.

Lashes didn't even last a week
I had my lashes applied on a Friday night. I was told to not get them wet for 24 hours, which I did not. I was also told that I should book my next appointment two weeks out. Well, by Tuesday morning, I would say that I had lost over 50% of my lashes. I am NOT hard on my lashes when I wash my face. I use make-up remover to take off my eye liner. I lightly rubbed my eyes with a cotton ball. By doing this, I lost SO MANY lashes. Below is a picture of my sink after using make-up remover on ONE EYE! I will not be returning to Deka Lash.

I spoke to *** several times about her browsI explained the procedure was a step process. She did agree and scheduled another appointment then canceledThe $she paid included a touch upThe touch ups are valued between $125.00-$150.00. She did sign a consent form (
attached) and was explained all of this before the appointment and again after several times by both me and the trained licensed Esthetician who did the workThere are no guarantee of results as stated in the consent form and is a elective procedure Because she refused to come in for the second appointment of this step process I did refund her the price of a touch up, I was trying to be corporate and provide good customer service even though I did not have to. I think she is mad and retaliating because I would not agree to give her a full refund. Let me know if you need anything else from me
