June 16th was the date that our family signed up for a flight membership account: $20.00 per month, for a minimum of 3 months per the contract, for 4 of us, a total of $80.00 a month. Then, I went in in person to cancel the membership at the end of August. The employees told me there was not a manager on site to do this. I was told to call the next day. I called and left a voice message with no reply. I ended up being charged for September. I spoke with Jessica, a store member, who told me that she would refund my money for September and cancel my membership. It would take awhile to show up and if not returned in two weeks to contact her.
I trusted her and was busy. I noticed I did not receive a refund from September and was charged for October.($160.00 owed, total). I contacted the store and was told that I should try to cancel my membership by emailing [email protected] or try [email protected] to email to cancel my membership, they did not know which one, or how to cancel the membership online and that it could not be done by the store clerks.
I stopped in two times on the chance a manager would be able to help with this situation. I was told they did not have a store manager at the times and someone was going to be hired. I sent membership cancellation requests with refund requests to both of those emails. I still have not had a reply, 11/16/19.
I continued to call and in the middle of December, Zach Wade, store manager, was available to speak with per the situation. he also did not cancel my membership in the store, but kept it open for the money to be returned to my card, so I was charged in November. ($240.00, now owed). he said he filled out a cancellation form for me and a request from corporate to have the money returned. I went into the store before I would be charged another $80.00 and a store clerk did cancel my membership so I was not charged for December! I have contacted the store multiple times and no email response from corporate or word per my refund.
