Defining Designs Photography

We contracted Kelsa D's company Defining Designs to be our photographer for our wedding. We paid up front for our photo package so we could get the special deal she was offering. The contract stated we should have all pictures by 6-8 weeks edited and returned to us. Our wedding was on 10/19/19 and its is now 2/18/20. We have only received half of our photos and are missing many of our large family group photos that we really wanted. We had been trying to contact the company and would get responses a week later saying that the photos were stuck with the editor. Then we were told that the photos were being sent back to her from her editor in the beginning of January and that we would receive them in the next two days. Then we got the run around from her and she said that she would still have to edit the picture once she received them. We have not herd from the Owner Kelsa or anyone related to her company after multiple attempts to reach out to find out the status of our pictures or if a partial refund would be given after our last conversation with her in the beginning of January.
