Defender Maintenance and Repair

I have had Chris out to service three different products this yearHe consistently let me know when he was about to arrive, arrived when promised, completed the service with as few visits as possible, checked back with me to make sure everything was working, gave frank, meaningful and practical advice on other products when asked I found his fees to be reasonable, or lower than expected
I will be calling him again As a retired repair man, myself, I can affirm that Chris is competent and conscientious

Employed Defender Maintenance to repair dishwasher Representative arrived on 8/24/
(Dishwasher problem, water would not get above room temperature)
Representative checked the dishwasher, stated that the heating element, and all parts were in working condition Representative also stated water temperature from the faucet was at degrees, and should be at He stated there was a problem with soap build up and recommended Dishwasher Magic be purchased and run through the dishwasher He then left
The same day, at pm, hot water heater was adjusted to degrees Dishwasher magic was placed in dishwasher according to directions, and dishwasher was turned on as recommended to clean the machine Water in the dishwasher did not reach higher than room temperature, even after running faucet until it was very hot
I was informed if there were any problems, Defender representative would be out to re-check the dishwasher, available for days after initial visit if
