I am rejecting this response because: I notified Deer Valley Home Health Care in a timely manner concerning my faucet Reading Mr***'s reply is and misleading When he had an employee deliver said gift card, I showed her the part
There is no indication that the part has substantial wear and tear and or that it was "older" than represented I only spoke with Mr*** after I was told to e-mail Ms*** all the information concerning the damage *** *** was the point of contact from the date I reported it I have e-mails that can confirm that I am not making anything up or lying My experience with this company has been horrible I would like to send the Revdex.com copies of the e-mails I still have the part Prior to having my faucet fixed, I requested that the company be here while the contractor was here should they have any questions No one responded I have a disability and needed light help according to my health plan done days a week While Deer Valley advertises on TV and Bill Boards, they had problems finding a aide that could accommodate my needs They did not commit to their agreement of care nor are they willing to be held responsible for damage done to my sink I was asked to prove it I live alone and the faucet was working fine prior to the aide washing a pan (I had done my dishes prior and was soaking the pan) Since she was sitting talking on the phone, I asked her could she wash the pan Reluctantly she did When I went to turn the faucet on after that it did not work I spend the next day trying to fix the problem I went to get another sprayer head that did not work I had to take it back I spent a considerable amount of time trying to fix this issue The aide suggested that I use a bucket to transport water to the kitchen I use a walker and told her that that was not an option All this happened on 3/13/17....she returned on 3/and followed me to Home Depot to get a sprayer On 3/and 3/she reported off So I had no aide once again On 3/she returned with a confrontational attitude Deer Valley told her to leave Why was I being put off and given the run around for so long if they had a compliance officer? I have never met Mr*** nor has he ever been to my home All information he was given was second, third, or maybe forth hand This is why I like to follow up with documentation His reasoning is his assumption I wonder if the aid had set the kitchen on fire would he be inclined to state " it was probably going to happen anyway sooner or later" And send me a gift card!!!! This company should be held responsible for my full cost of labor in the amount of $ My contractor dose not take gift cards This was not a debit card The reason I excepted it was for all the trouble and difficulties in spending time and effort to get this issue resolved I wonder if their employee was injured at my home due to some know or unknown reason, i.efalling down steps, being bitten by a pet.....would I be responsible? Would a gift card be exceptable? I have liability homeowner insurance for these type of issues As a company that provides care to elderly and disabled individuals I would think they should have coverage for these types of situations Because I had so many issues with the aides that were sent to me this was a concern I questioned why they wanted to send a male aide to bathe me I feel that anyone considering using this company be aware of how they are currently handling the customers needs I had no issues until the administration changed personnel
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because: I notified Deer Valley Home Health Care in a timely manner concerning my faucet. Reading Mr. [redacted]'s reply is false and misleading. When he had an employee deliver said gift card, I showed her the part....
There is no indication that the part has substantial wear and tear and or that it was "older" than represented. I only spoke with Mr. [redacted] after I was told to e-mail Ms. [redacted] all the information concerning the damage. [redacted] was the point of contact from the date I reported it. I have e-mails that can confirm that I am not making anything up or lying. My experience with this company has been horrible. I would like to send the Revdex.com copies of the e-mails. I still have the part. Prior to having my faucet fixed, I requested that the company be here while the contractor was here should they have any questions. No one responded. I have a disability and needed light help according to my health plan done 7 days a week. While Deer Valley advertises on TV and Bill Boards, they had problems finding a aide that could accommodate my needs. They did not commit to their agreement of care nor are they willing to be held responsible for damage done to my sink. I was asked to prove it. I live alone and the faucet was working fine prior to the aide washing a pan. (I had done my dishes prior and was soaking the pan) Since she was sitting talking on the phone, I asked her could she wash the pan. Reluctantly she did. When I went to turn the faucet on after that it did not work. I spend the next day trying to fix the problem. I went to get another sprayer head that did not work. I had to take it back. I spent a considerable amount of time trying to fix this issue. The aide suggested that I use a bucket to transport water to the kitchen. I use a walker and told her that that was not an option. All this happened on 3/13/17....she returned on 3/18 and followed me to Home Depot to get a sprayer. On 3/15 and 3/16 she reported off. So I had no aide once again. On 3/17 she returned with a confrontational attitude. Deer Valley told her to leave. Why was I being put off and given the run around for so long if they had a compliance officer? I have never met Mr. [redacted] nor has he ever been to my home. All information he was given was second, third, or maybe forth hand. This is why I like to follow up with documentation. His reasoning is his assumption. I wonder if the aid had set the kitchen on fire would he be inclined to state " it was probably going to happen anyway sooner or later". And send me a gift card!!!! This company should be held responsible for my full cost of labor in the amount of $100.00. My contractor dose not take gift cards. This was not a debit card. The reason I excepted it was for all the trouble and difficulties in spending time and effort to get this issue resolved. I wonder if their employee was injured at my home due to some know or unknown reason, i.e. falling down steps, being bitten by a pet.....would I be responsible? Would a gift card be exceptable? I have liability homeowner insurance for these type of issues. As a company that provides care to elderly and disabled individuals I would think they should have coverage for these types of situations.
