Received phone call stating that her refrigerator was not wor[redacted], immediately called [redacted]’s Appliances to get replacement but all they had were $200.00 above allowed budget for refrigerators. We bought a good sized cooler with ice to help until we could get a replacement refrigerator. Ordered on Monday from Lowe's and delivered on Tuesday. At time of signing lease we highly suggest that tenants get Renters Insurance for instances like this and have them sign a form which states that we suggest that they get Renter Insurance. Each tenant received a notice that [redacted] would be doing radium checks and Ms. [redacted] apartment was checked at that time (with nothing being found). When she requested a check we followed through and again [redacted] found nothing. As for the plumbing it is normal apartment issues. I have not heard from a tenant of a mold issue.
