Deegan Management I

Deegan Management used my SSN and birthdate, in which they got off my rental application, to access and steal $2500 from my unemployment account. They logged in as me and changed the banking information and email so I wouldn't get notifications. After that they sent me a non renewable letter and evicted me when my rent was paid up. They literally committed a crime and the courts let them evict me when I had everything documented.

Deegan Management used my rental application information to access my unemployment. They stole 2500 an then after that they didn't renew my lease and evicted me for non-payment when money was paid up but they sent that money back. Like the fact that I went through this and they still out here handling business is beyond me

been contacted directly by Deegan Management I Co., LLC regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Deegan Management has send me a check however, it is not for the full amount. They have sent an email with an attachement stating they will (and have already) sent a check for the amount of $only instead of the full amount of $4635. They also claimed that the apt was legally mine (however NO SIGNATURE was ever made on the lease agreement). Therefore stated by Deegan Management will be keeping the $to cover the October's rent because Deegan Management had expectations that the apartment would be rented in November and was not
As suggested of a lawyer, I am taking legal proceedings again Deegan Management to small claims court for the amount of $and interest that will be accrued as well. Our court date is for July **,
