Customers vehicle wasn't towed for not displaying a handicap placard (even thought it wasn't, see attached photos), we were called out because she parked it in a reserved space belonging to somebody else. We were called out at 04:12AM to remove the vehicle so the person who pays for that space would... park their vehicle in it. I'm not even going to address the issue of you believing that we took advantage of her because she was disabled, helpless and has a lack of language skills because that's so ridiculous. She was charged the same price as everyone else towed from the same area. We will not be issuing any sort of refund or price adjustment.
