contract would need to be renewed or she has ten days from the end of the contract to pick up the merchandise. If items are not picked up or contract is not renewed then all items become property Of the store. The date on the contract is 03-17-15 All of this is stated in her signed contract. We did not buy her items, we consigned them to try to sell her items. She did not pick up the items, and they are still here. There was no money to leave the store with because we they were not sold. All of this is stated in her contract. I never said I would pay her $120. I will send copy of signed contract.
