Decoy's Dork Decor

I ordered a customized glass mug from Decoy's Dork Decor at [redacted] in [redacted] of 2014. I waited ti the end of the month and still haven't received it. I emailed the person in charge of DDD and she said that she had a baby while [redacted] was going on and orders were being delayed and I should get mine a few weeks. I waited til the end of [redacted] and I still haven't received it. I tried emailing them again and again in [redacted] because I still haven't received it. I paid almost [redacted] for that mug. I would've spent that money on something else at the convention if I knew it would take this long to get it. I want this mug as soon as possible.

Order never received We ordered 6 custom made glasses that were supposed to be delivered by Christmas. On [redacted] we received an email stating there was a shipping label created but the box was never shipped. I've sent emails from my email and inquires through her website with no response. I allowed plenty of time for a response before coming to file an complaint. I would either like the products or a refund. I will also contact the convention coordinators and make sure they are aware of this too.Desired SettlementWe would like the product. If that's not possible, we'd like a refund for the goods that were never sent. I sent in another request from her website within the last 2 weeks but I can't remember that exact date. Asked for a resolution
