Please accept this email as my response to the complaint mentioned above. Mrs. [redacted] in fact ordered a special order sectional from our store. She chose the fabric and size for her sectional and the order was placed. At time od delivery we noticed that there was on error with the zipper placed on...

the wrong side. We have requested the manufacturer fix this issue so we can switch it out with the incorrect piece. As specified on the contract Mrs. [redacted] signed, there are no refunds on special orders. This sectional was made specially for her and cannot be exchanged. Mrs. [redacted] suggested that her husband wasn't happy with the sectional and therefore wanted a refund. Mrs. [redacted] made the decision to purchase sectional with out obtaining husbands opinion first and we cannot be responsible for any disagreements they might have. We will  correct the pending issue and return her recliner to her home. The corrected piece should arrive soon and we will call Mrs. [redacted] to schedule her delivery of recliner and exchange of the incorrect piece.Sincerely[redacted]
