Decorative Trimmings

I placed an online order on 03//20 with 5-10 day shipping. On 04//20 I contacted them via their website to check the status of my order since I never received shipping notification. I was given an immediate email reply with a *** shipping number to track my shipment. On 04//20, my status via *** says "shipping label was created" but no movement on my package. I contacted Decorative Trimmings again on 04//20. I received a reply stating my shipment had moved and was currently in Laredo, TX and would arrive on 04//20. However, *** showed "shipping label has been created" and no movement. Today, 04//20, I contacted Decorative Trimmings again requesting a status update on my shipment. I received a reply that said my order was "stuck in customs" and should be released later tonight. I feel Decorative Trimmings is being deceitful in the information they have provided me, and they have in fact never shipped my order, only created a label for shipment as an illusion the order was shipped. I have requested a full refund on my order and have not received a reply.
