Review: I purchased a deck design service from the company. The first step in the process was for me to send in my house measurements and pictures. I did this. The company was then to issue preliminary deck design drawings for my approval. They did this. Next, I needed to approve the preliminary drawings so that they could issue final structural drawings. I gave my approval. To this date, they have never provided my the detailed structural drawings that I paid for. The entire process was supposed to take 3 to 4 weeks. It has been 3 to 4 months at this point. I need these drawings in order to complete my permit application with my town. I initiated a complaint with my credit card company who charged back the purchase price to the company. They have not responded. I have not lost any money at this point because of my credit card company, however I don't want other people to purchase this service. I have lost the entire fall season to build my deck.Desired Settlement: I would very much like to receive my detailed structural drawings. I have not received an adequate response from the company why they have not provided them.
