Job was quoted at $40,000. and the only change order I received was for some custom screws which ultimately improved the level of quality and appearance of the job. They showed up everyday, they completed the job on time, on budget. I was aware that the scope increased in many areas because they were unable to see underneath the current deck. Job was completed thoroughly, expertly, and exceeded all my expectations, and was never asked for more money. Team was very hospitable, they cleaned up everyday, and *** the contractor checked in regularly with his team. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who is looking to refurbish their boat docks.
