Dechoker

I asked for a refund after my order was not shipped in a reasonable amount of time
They claimed to have issued my refund but did not.

I ordered 2 adult Dechokers, but ended up getting one toddler and one adult. I have sent multiple emails, and left numerous messages to get this resolved, but nobody has the decency to call back, nor answer my emails. I merely want to swap out the toddler for another adult. I guess I should be grateful I at least got them, because this companies trustworthiness is choking, and their reputation is heading straight down the toilet.

Invoice from November 2017 for GBP £850.00 remains unpaid. *** does not answer the phone or reply to voice mails or emails
