Decal My Wall

I ordered wall decals in February 2020 and paid $165.50 USD. I have been charged for the decals but it’s the end of May 2020 and I still haven’t received them. Multiple emails have not been returned, however, I was given a confirmation number. How do I get my money back?

I placed an order back on February 7th which I have still yet to receive. I have sent several messages for the status of this order and have gotten no response.
