I called Pic A Part on 12/30/prior to driving across town minutes one way to see if they had my year car on their lotI was told they had several cars of my year and engine type but they could not guarantee my part would still be in the carI drove there on 1/2/and checked in at their office by paying a $entrance feeThen they sent me to the next customer rep  [redacted] who could tell me where to find the vehicles on their lot [redacted] looked my vehicle in their computer and he said they didn't have any vehicles on their lot of that year or engine typeI said I called before coming and was told plenty of my vehicles were hereRudely, he asked me who I spoke to and when I said the lady didn't give her name he said well I always give my name on the phoneI asked for a refund of my $and he said he could give me a coupon but not a cash refundI never even entered their lot!! This is a SCAM if you ask me! Its not about the $2, Its about shady business practice! Clearly on their site it says the $is for an entry fee...I Clearly did not enter the lotIt says nowhere on their website that once the fee is paid it is non refundableThis business is shady and not professional AT ALL!!!
