I recieved a collection letter from [redacted] for a co-pay on a filling I had done a year ago. I have never seen a bill for this filling before. This is the first attempt to collect. I wouldn't dought I owe the co-pay, but it is not my fault that her office is unable to file paperwork in a proper time frame, but I'll pay it. The dental work that I had done was by the previous owner of the business that [redacted] was taking over for. When I wanted a copy of my dental records the receptionist didnt' want to let [redacted]  find out that she was giving them to [redacted] was very rude and condisending to her employees and me. Once I was in the business having my dental work finished she walked out of a back room with an assistant claiming they were doing some "training" , of which you could tell the assistant had been crying, I don't know what type of trainging leads to crying. I could also tell that the receptionist had been crying differenty times when I was in there. I found another dentist, but I am concerned that it is not a good working environment for anyone. I feel [redacted]  feels she has a right to treat people is a manner that is not appropriate and would not want any other potentional employee or customer to be unfortunatly subjected to this kind of behavior.
