My eyeglasses broke while on vacationFortunately I had purchased damage insurance when I originally bought my glassesAs soon as I returned to town I called the office and was told that no one was available in the optical center and that I would have to wait until the following week when someone was hiredI dropped in the following Monday and was told that the broken frame was currently out of stock and it would take to weeks to get them inIn the meantime I was forced to purchase a cheap pair from another company and waitArrowhead Eye Center never offered to facilitate acquiring another pair or substitute a frame that was in stock to speed up the processVery poor customer service with every visit I make there
