Deb Shops, Incorporated

I purchased an outfit on March 19th that was marked a sale item and when I received it it did not fit . Now because this business is an online only business , its hard to see if something will fit our not without trying it on . When I contacted a rep today they said they would not return my money nor would they grant me a credit . I have ordered from other online retailers such as *** and they have granted me refunds even though items say not eligible for a refund. The fact that they are not even offering me a credit either is lacking in the customer service department . I am extremely disappointed about this .
