To whom this may concern:.As per their comment about the tiles not being level, I replaced the four tiles that were brought to my attention before the job was completedBefore the job was even started, I stated to Mrs [redacted] that the tile they had purchased was not flatThe tile that they selected was also a discontinued product and they recieved my discount at the tile store.Also, Mrs [redacted] stated that everything was fine before she gave me the final payment.They did not text me for at least a week after I was done, and I texted them back and said I would give them a call when I got back from [redacted] , but I forgot to.As for the damaged trim, I never had a saw in the house and they never informed me of any damaged trim.Thank you,Dean's Tile Works

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.*** has not been totally truthful with his response. At no time did her ever tell us that the tiles would not be flat. The tiles are not seconds or damaged product that we purchased the were simply a discontinued item at a reduced priceThe problem is not with the tile but with the installer and his lack of workmanship. I sent*** two text messages about a week apart and on each of his replies he promised to call me but never did. if *** would like to have a licensed tile contractor come out and evalutate his craftsmanship and act as arbitrator I am more than willing to call and schedule this. I would be happy to abide by the arbitrators decision.

To whom this may concern:I would like to resolve this issue, what I am proposing is that I send out a licesend tile contractor to replace up to four tiles at my expense. I left a box of tile at the residence that I purchased and was never reimbursed for. I hope this will resolve the matter.Thank you,Dean's Tile Works
