Buy Nissan murano 2005 in 01/132019 and Next day trasmisión is broken I call hem he say dont have garanty cant refund the money I pay cash plus tax an fees for title and tag And he dont send anithyn I call and send message and he lie old the time ,he say working in my title but never do untill now 10/28/19 more the 9 month still no send me the title and I cant move o sell the car now he no answer my calls and message I want my title or Money back

My daughter purchased a car from+ this company and was issued a bill of sale that listed the Brothers Auto Sales. We can not title the vehicle.
On Sept 14, 2019, I took my daughter to this business to purchase a car. She purchased a 1999 Jeep Cherokee. The car had minor issues such as a loose door panel and a stuck trunk. The gentleman sent us to have those repairs made. The next day, the car started to run hot and was leaking green fluid into the car. We called seller he said he was sending someone to repair but they never came. We ended up paying cash to have the water pump, thermostat and heater core changed. The estimate from Good Year was $1400. We found out today that the dealer never transferred the title to my daughter so we cant be issued a tag. I tried several times to contact the seller but to no avail. I am not seeking monetary damages because at this point I have had the work done and the car runs fine. I need the title so that I can register the vehicle.

purchase car as a graduation gift on August 3 2019 never received title company rude & doesn't not have title I have requested my money several times.
Lj and Dennis so unprofessional I just want my money they are not able to produce titles for none of the cars that they have for sale. it is a total of 6 people I have meant while going up there with same problem. we have to cars from them and same problem no title or emission whole business is a lie doing business under different names due to lost of licence. According to GA CODE 391-3-20.18 STATES NO PERSON CAN SELL A VEHICLE WITHOUT CERTIFICATE OF EMISSIONS AND STILL HAS NOT PRODUCED THE TILE.6819.02 RESPONSIBILITIES OF A USED MOTOR VEHICLE DEALER. I purchased a 2001 Mercedes Benz C240 from Deannah Auto Brokers LLC, on 02/11/2019 which was a lemon!! Vehicle.
2001 Benz C240 was purchased on 02/11/19. Just a few days later check engine light appeared. Informed the dealer of issue, Mr. claimed it would reset because engine was replaced. Later on finding another issue dealing with emissions not being able too pass inspection. I then returned too dealership asking for another temporary plate for my vehicle. He then offered me the option of fake emissions passing. I refused,taking it too M&M Auto Repair. I ran into more issues, bad transmission and parts missing from the car.

I bought a 2002 Chrysler Town&Country van from Dennis *** and I had to get new brakes, a fuel pump and I need a catylic converter. He had Ty to place an ad on Facebook Marketplace. It was told to us that the car passed emissions when actually it hasn't. The emissions certificate had actually expired as he wants us to pay half and he pays half. Mr. Dennis *** is supposed to have the car ready before he sold but that was not the case. He lied to us and gave us the run around. He give us $200 for the catylic converter.

I found a car 2005 Nissan Altima sport on the market place on Facebook. Person I was in contact was Taariq Ty. I contacted him on 2/12/19 asked was anything wrong with the car he said nothing passed emissions and clean title. I test drove and purchased car cash. Was told title will be mailed in thirty days. I called the tag office and was told the title havent been transferred in my name. Also I received a ticket for no brake or tag lights plus the check engine light came on two days after the purchase.I paid for the repairs to the lights at Pep Boys. However I had an accident seven days after purchase I need my title the company is not cooperating.
Also, car was advertised as $2500. I paid 2800 plus taxes and title.My total was 3080.

My son suprised me on 12/22/18 at the dealership when he purchased a 2000 audi a6 from Taariq aka TY from Deannah Auto Brokers LLC on 6185 Buford hwy Norcross, Ga 30071. We test drove the car with an associate inside, the car ran pretty well with no check engine lights on. My son paid cash for the car we received the bill of sale BUT NO TITLE!
