Joe was extremely knowledgeable about what was wrong with my furnace Right off the bat before he even took off his shoes he told me exactly what was wrong He provided multiple options on how to fix the problem He was also super helpful in explaining what he was doing and just general upkeep of the furnace Also suggested a few things that we not furnace related that were very helpful He even vacuumed out our furnace once he was done replacing the parts He was extremely nice

First of your methods did not work well, evidence of the profetional with the right method proved,,, I never got the $100.oo off promised do to work delay,,, so I don't know what can I get back of the money you took from me??? I'm sorry hind sight makes me feel swindledyour company took from me and left me dreding excavating future thank god there are people that did help me,,, will you give back any money or atleast the $100.oo promised?

I am rejecting this response because: It is not the part itself that I'm claiming fraud, it's the part cost plus labor charge that I am claiming fraud charges, the part itself a 35/capacitor cost only $for the most expensive a Lennox brand same as my air conditioner unit, the average cost is $25.00, The labor in Mnis $per hr, according to Minnesota's own Excel energy company, plus standard heating and air conditioning another company with high standards in MinnesotaHow can they come up with a total charge of $477.12, The technician were not at my house for an hour, so I am willing to give him an hour plus highest part cost, with my math that come to a total of $that's a $difference that's where the fraud comes.Stanley *** *** ***>Maple Grove Mn55311***@yahoo.com
Absolutely outstanding communication and customer service! Our commercial water was leaking water all over due to being rusted out and needed immediate replacementA rep from Dean's plumbing was out within a matter of hoursBrad, our service rep explained everything in terms I could understand and walked me thorough multiple service and price options, which weren't as sky high and shocking as I'd thought they'd beHe ran out to another part of the city in rush hour traffic to pick up our new water heater and everything was back up and running in a matter of an hour or soHe was friendly, courteous and helpful, cannot say enough about how wonderful it was to have someone like that during an unexpected and stressful occurrence

While having our home resided, that contractor discovered that our gas line was leaking where it comes in to the home from the gas meter-outside
We had the gas company check it out and determined that there was a broken part that needed to be replaced-but was not part of the gas companies property

I am sorry that this issue hasn’t been resolvedWe have been in contact with *** for several months through phone and email5/15/We sent a technician to look over the furnace and he explained that he found a failing heat exchangerWe offer a $credit because we felt it might have
been cause by the improperly installed return air drop we installed 5/23/we reached out to see what direction he wanted to go and were told that he had another company out and they confirmed the failing heat exchanger and that he was having a new furnace installed with them6/21/we called and left a message6/21/17-6/28/Deans and *** emailed back and forth about getting pictured and compensation at which time I respondedabout the pictures7/19/17; “I have looked over the pictures you sent meI do agree with the couple pictures you sent there doesn’t appear to be any large cracks although we stated it was starting to failWhat I’m not understanding is you had another company come out and look over the furnace and they told you it was failing as wellYou chose to go with them for their expertise and price and now it is somehow on us? I told you originally that we would credit you $and that still standsI hope this helps you with the processPlease let me knowI would sincerely like to get this resolved.” We would like to help get this resolved. We requested an annual furnace check up the technician, Ray R., was very professional and thorough in his work He explained what he was doing and answered all of our questions
On time, efficient, awesome service
Dean's recently sold and installed a new water heater for meI contacted them based on a friend's recommendation, but do not plan to utilize their services again without also checking around I will say that the technician, ***, was great He explained everything and did a quality job getting things installed and tested efficientlyWhat I did not like was that their initial estimate for the work was more than double what I was quoted elsewhere When I let them know this, they quickly reduced their price to within a couple hundred dollars of their competition so I allowed them to do the jobI found their rates to be incredibly high, and they did not itemize the bill so I could see material costs vslabor I'll still get multiple estimates next time, and hopefully if I end up with Dean's again I won't have to ask them to shave off $in order to feel I am treated fairly

My AC went out last night Having done business with Dean's last fall to replace a furance, they were able to have a technician here at 9am this morning to determine the problem which was a broken compressor Deans was able to install a new Lennos AC same day The only downside is that because of the high heat and humidity I wasn't able to really have other quotes submitted for a new AC I'm sure that I probably had to pay more than other AC/Heating companies, but my home is cool and comfy by end of the day and Dean's was very responsive to my problem
They were on time, helpful and informativeResponse was quicker than I expectedVery up front on costs before scheduling a visit
