This was our first notice of this complaint.  We will take immediate action to investigate the issues outlined in the complaint, and will respond immediately.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Hello, My Name is[redacted] and I would like to reopen the complaint # [redacted] due to the fact that the company has not contacted us regarding a refund…They only commented to you that they would but we have not spoken to them at ALL!!!!!!! Serveral weeks ago they left a message to contact them …we left 5 voicemail messages on the 17th, the 20th and later in the day on the 20th of October for them to contact us but they have not returned any of our calls. As of yet ,we have not come to full terms with Dean Enterprises or Buy Pd. Our contact number is [redacted] and [redacted] Thank you…Regards,

I have been in contact with [redacted] by email and voice mail several times to this day Aug. 1 . We have yet to speak personally to come to any conclusion regarding this matter.
