delayed orders cause of personal problems with someone who enjoyed causing these problems to my business who himself received his order in writing. The last shipment I had gotten out was just a month ago and I am still working to meet this criteria shipment which would include you, being much easier to do instead of pulling back pieces from the order I need for several others as well. Thus, being my job to have given you the order paid for it is still my duty and I never had any intentions not to just like with every single other customer posted on my page that had great reviews, until things started slowing and got backed up like this. Response times lack because I have alot going on with other orders almost in the same situation and its caused me to bring in less orders, which makes it take even longer.

It has been over four(4) months that this order has been paid in full for the amount of $1277.36. After 77 days I requested a full refund since I had not received what I paid for. Per your own business policy that stated if your order is not received within 60 days I will refund your money IN FULL. I requested this on January XX XXXX and still have not received a refund.I CANNOT AFFORD TO FLOAT YOUR BUSINESS WITH MY MONEY. I have upheld my end of this deal, and expect your business to do the same.
Because I did not receive the product I paid in full for, where did the $1277.36 go? It should be easy for you to refund this money. I want a full refund within the next ten(10) days via a certified check.
I don't understand your reasoning for the amount of time this is taking for you to refund my money. This is not personal, it is a business transaction.
