I had purchased a vehicle from the addressed business. I was sold a lemon and numerous of other issues. Also,did not honor the California cooling off.
I purchased the vehicle on 2/14/2020. I noticed there were major damages that weren't disclosed to me upon purchase. I called and notified him I did not want this 5 minutes after I left the location with my 6 month old son. He would not honor the California cooling period as I tried countless times to contact him. After signing he handing me 4 different papers with different names on it with pink slips.
I am seeking a full refund from this dealer. The car is dangerous for me and my son and the this company sold me a lemon and let my 6month old son get into the car with all the damages he didn't mention.
I had bought a car on a Instagram page called deals on wheels for $*** the guy gave me a bill of sale and said to wait till the title comes to take it to the dmv so I waited a week and I called to see if he had the title and he said not yet so I waited 3 more days still nothing and every time I called they would not answer or they would say call back on Friday and I was getting tired of the bull still to this day I don't have the title and it's September 18,2019 and I bought the car August 27,2019. I need my money back or something Because I can't drive a car without a title.

Refund I've been driving the car back and forth from work without a title or tags and if I get pulled over by the police they can take my car because I can't register it without the title.
