little surprised that you are unhappy after all the times we try to help youI will start with the complaint of you not receiving a copy of contract, I know we always make copys for everyone at time of sale but you are always welcome to come in and we can get another for you, or even just call and we will fax or mail you one.To address the trade ins still being in your name we send out a release of liability and recommend you do the same, because until they are re sold they do not switch names at dmvLastly I know we will be happy to refer you to one of our shops again, if you car has broken downfrom our records you have had it now months and bought it asis at time of saleyou had also declined to buy a service contract that may of covered such an event!any other questions feel free to call me at store!!
