Purchased a vehicle from business on 6/21/19, the vehicle had a catastrophic failure in the transmission within 7 days of purchase, on 6/28/19. On the following Monday, 07/01/19, I contacted the dealership and asked for them to pick up the vehicle to do repairs. When Dale arrived at my house he was angry with me for the damages to the vehicle, to which I explained were a direct result of the transmission failing. The failure caused me to run off the road and caused damage to the vehicle. He left with the vehicle and said they would contact me. On 07/05/19, I contacted the dealership after not hearing from them. They told me they had not done any work on the vehicle and that I am still obligated to make all payments for the vehicle. When I tried to get more information, Dale began to berate me. When I said he shouldn't speak to his customers that way he began to curse at me.
