The Tenant has been told several different times that the Owner handles all of the maintenance issues in the building and that we have nothing to do with the repairs.? Screen shots have been sent to the tenant showing that his issues have been sent to the owner.? Also the Tenant does have the contact information of the owner.? The trash bill is paid by the owner as well we have no control over that aspect.?
