Complaint: Company has come to my house times and I still have bed bugs Owner does not answer phone calls.Settlement: A fair resolution would be to get rid of bed bugs or give my $back
I spoke with Mr. [redacted] today and explained that I thought this had been taken care of with my Tech. I have scheduled him for another treatment, at no charge of course, on Tuesday the 4th.
Please give me an update regarding this...
case.Are they going to refund my money & pay for a reputable exterminator to come in my house to do the job properly that they failed to do?I believe I may now be carting bed bugs to work!I don't want to lose my job & even more importantly I want to get rid of the infernal bed bugs!!!!!Please.....make this company pay!!!!
