I was very unaware of this going on. The gentlemen named in the complaint is an occasional customer of our establishment. Needless to say I was horrified when I found out what was going on. I have notified him by phone to stop any contact or remarks to the site....

I was dissatisfied with flowers ordered from this business. I ordered two bouquets and after seeing a picture from my Aunt on what was sent I was upset as it was not what I ordered. I complained and it was not resolved to my satisfaction so I canceled the second bouquet before it was sent. No refund offered on first bouquet. I did a review on Yelp.com on 4/5/2014. Because of this review someone named [redacted] who says his is a family owned business has been sending me nasty messages because I will not take the review down. Last message he sent is that he would like to spit in my food. This was sent on 2/9/15. This is how long the harassment has gone on. I would like the harassment from this business to end and the threats to cease. Thank you.
Review: I ordered a bouquet from this place to send to our Grandmother in Greenbay. This was in 2014. I also ordered a bouquet for our aunt at the same address. I was dissatisfied with the first bouquet and called to complain because they did not send the bouquet I requested. They stated they had to use what Mother Nature provided. They did not offer any refund or credit. I then asked for a refund of the price for the second bouquet which they refunded. Subsequently I did a review of this business on Yelp.com. Soon after I was messaged on Yelp to take the review down from a [redacted] who claimed they had a family owned business and the review was unfair. I declined to remove the review. Subsequently I have been sent message after message and now the messages have become hostile. The last message sent was that he would spit in my food. I would like this harassment to cease and desist. I wish no further contact from this business and would like this [redacted]. to be notified not to contact me again.Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] to have no further contact with me and for DePere Greenhouse to offer me an apology. Subsequently I would like no further contact with this establishment.
