Review: I had a free consultation with Mr DeCosta in March 2014 and was instructed to leave my retired k9 remains in his possession so he could obtain a speciality job quote from a 3 rd party glass maker. I have made several attempts to contact Mr DeCosta , ie voice messages & emails with no success nor return communication. Finally by the last week of May I took a trip to Mr DeCosta's shop to inquire the status of my belongs and I find a note on the door stating that the office is closed for renovations. I am deeply dissatisfied at the lack of consideration and respect Mr. DeCosta has for the dead. I feel his actions and lack of professionalism is extremely unprofessional and insensitive ESPECIALLY considering that he is aware that this was the remains of my recently deceased k9 police partner of 10 yrs. 3 mnths later and I still haven't heard anything from this "business" or bend able to retrieve my deceased partners remains ..Desired Settlement: I want my partners remains and all other belongings returned to me AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
