DD Foundation Repair

Like many of the other people above, I paid David McDaniel over $10,000 to do flooring work on top of foundation work he did. The foundation work was fine but he was supposed to do flooring as well and I paid him money for material up front. He stopped answering the phone or returning texts. I finally got someone else to finish the job. He claimed that the money was spent on flooring but there was only about $500 worth of material on jobsite. This man has a history of ripping people off. He is a smooth talker but not to be trusted.

This guy changed his Number and David McDaniel , and his employees even came to my house after he did not show back up to offer to help with the mess he created. He took over 9500.00 and did not do the work correctly, Uses a logo from another company and its not even him..I found him though and next is court. He is not a responsible business owner and for me thats big in Tyler, and I will spread his name everywhere in Tyler, Bullard Everywhere...He needs to fix the problem or refund 3500.00 that I was told it would take to fix what he did not do correctly. So sad, cant trust local people who say they have been in business for a long time. Crooks

french drainage system and down spouts not working, house not leveled, and foundation cracks not repaired properly.

Jan. 29, 2019, I hired D &D Foundation to level my house and repair the foundation cracking. I paid $10,225, paid in full on Jan, 31, 2019. At this time I showed David McDaniel that the kitchen floor was sagging on the east side. On April 11, 2019 McDaniel returned to fix the sagging floor. This time he charged for more beams that were suppose to be replaced the first time he was here and for installing a new drainage system for the one he had broken and to connect the down spouts to this system. I was charged $6,000 for the beam work and $2,100. for the drainage system. Every thing was paid with a check. He knows the drainage system doesn't work and about the water over flowing and running under the house. I have constantly called and emailed him. The last time he said he had me scheduled for May 20, 2020. He has not ever came back to do the repairs since his son was August 16, 2019.

On Feb 28 2019 I hired d&d foundation to do repair, which he assured me he could do , he was paid $6500 ck *** to start work then on march 4 2019 he was paid $6500 ck *** while still doing work then on march 7 2019he was paid $7200 ck *** upon completion saying he would return on April 19 2019 to tweak it to make sure all is settling correctly, he never returned after many texts and phone calls telling him of my concerns he tells me to go ahead and hire contractors to come do my remodeling so I did, they came I was told that my foundation was not fixed and they were willing to meet David here to discuss issues, he has not responded to me since with that said I was told by an attorney to send him a certified letter informing him of my intentions to get my house fixed or money back, still no response!!! On Oct 23,2019 I sent him a certified letter which was signed for by Jennifer *** 2 days later as to date no response!!!! I am very disappointed in his practices and he also told me his secretary had been embezzling money from his company so he was in a bit of a bind, I was sympathetic but its been almost a year and my house is still a wreck, I work very hard for my money and don't have $20200. Just to hand some crook for nothing and believe me that's exactly what I got!!!! I have texts, receipts cancelled checks and contract when hired he also gave 5 year warranty for what that's worth he didn't even do the job right to begin with.
