We were contacted by this firm stating they had a buyer for our timeshareThey are very good sales people as they were able to come up with an answer to all out questionsTypical scam is they want money to proceed with the saleThey did state the funds would be given back upon the sale of the timeshare------Upon the sale--which I am sure NEVER takes place and they have your $When we informed them I wanted to check them out along with some of their other associated firms such as [redacted] etc they said that is not necessaryWe informed them we will not send them any money--the transfer fees can be taken out of the funds as a typical saleOnce they knew we would not give them any money up front---they did respond to us any moreBe aware that the [redacted] and all the other firms listed in several states are related with the same owner, [redacted] BUYER BEWARE!!!

When we informed them I wanted to check them out along with some of their other associated firms such as [redacted] etc they said that is not necessary. We informed them we will not send them any money--the transfer fees can be taken out of the funds as a typical sale. Once they knew we would not give them any money up front---they did respond to us any more. Be aware that the [redacted] and all the other firms listed in several states are related with the same owner, [redacted]. BUYER BEWARE!!!
