DCE Polymer

We were exceptionally happy with the work performed by DCE Polymer. Mike and Monique are very hard working and the job they did was even better than I expected. Our garage floor looks amazing and we only wish we had found them earlier. I would highly recommend them to anyone who really wants their floor to look better than brand new!

As the saying goes: "Good will come to those who wait". Unfortunately, due to the weather, we had to wait a long time for Mike & Monique to get here and do the work. But boy was it worth the wait. These people have an incredible work ethic. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the job they did. We recently moved into our home and the garage floor was stained, pitted and cracked. Mike said he would take care of those areas and it would look like new. Amazingly, in two days he had accomplished this. I had two other quotes and Mike was the lowest. I normally don't always go for the lowest quote, but Mike talked the talk. In my younger years, I worked as a mason and know a little about concrete. Mike confirmed what I already knew so we went with DCE and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend them.

They did a great job transforming my garage floor. It was pitted and rough from winter salt. They ground everything down and applied a beautiful floor that looks like it’s up to the job for years. They were able to apply 3’ team logos I requested at the last minute. DCE also came in a full grand under the other quotes I received.

Our garage floor is 32 years old. It was badly pitted with multiple cracks and overall in very poor condition. After doing our research on polymer coatings, we found DCE Polymer's website and were impressed with their experience in both commercial and residential applications. Michael & Monique spent several days preparing the floor for the epoxy coating. The amount of surface preparation (grinding, filling cracks, leveling the cement) was beyond what we ever expected. Their level of professionalism, knowledge and craftsmanship made them the best contractor we have ever hired. Thinking about a new garage floor? You will love Michael and Monique's work. I saw an example of what they do at the 99 Brickoven on Aurora St. in Lancaster, and called. My garage floor was 25 years old, pitted, oil and rust stained. What a transformation! I had a large crack on the garage step going into the house. Gone! For anyone who uses their garage as living space, you'll want this. Monique and Michael use the best materials as well as a 5-layer chip system. It cleans up with Simply Green Industrial Purple Soap. So far I'm thrilled. Every neighbor who has looked at my garage has been "floored."
