Review: This is supposed to be an identity verification service. They did not actually verify my identity. It seems to be a scam of some sort.Desired Settlement: Refund me the $20 they withheld as a processing fee.

Our mutual customer states he wasn’t verified in which he was via phone using our usual process. The confutation e-mail that contains login credentials, may have been trapped in a junk or spam folder. [redacted] and [redacted] seem to be the more frequent offenders. We normally would withhold the S20.00 for administration and screening fee. In this case we have no problem refunding our customers fee of $20.00.

To whom it may concern: I have faxed two responses regarding [redacted] to the fax number provided in your letters. I have been in contact with Scott via e-mail and this matter has been resolved. He was sent a check for his refund by certified mail. The second fax was sent to ###-###-#### on 11/25/13.
