On April 14, 2019 I purchased 20 guitar lessons from DC Guitar Lessons (Gregg H). I paid online with my credit card and can provide proof. Between April and June 23 I received 7 of the lessons that I paid for. Gregg informed me in June that he would be taking the summer off and would be back in the middle of August to resume to teaching. I was not notified of this before purchasing the class pack, but I was understanding. However, when I went to schedule my next lesson (which was already paid for of course) he had a notification on his website saying his business is now closed until further notice and he is not responding to any emails or texts. I have now spent over $500 on services that I never received and have no indication if/when he will provide those services. I sent a message through the website and to his email address requesting a refund for the lessons he did not provide, but I never received a response. I understand he didn't do this on purpose, but I just can't afford to give away $512 and now I have no guitar lessons (and haven't had any since June) and can't afford a new teacher. I have lost all my momentum. If I had known he would not be available after June 2019 I would NEVER have bought 20 lessons in April. Even though it was unintentional, I feel cheated. I can provide documentation for all the facts stated here.
