DBS had done work in my basement(8/13/18) with an electrian putting cam lights on my ceiling. That evening I noticed I had no lights on for my back porch. I thought maybe new light bulbs so I changed them, still no lights. My boyfriend then used his meter tester and there was no power to the outlet. So I called dave and he said he would get a hold of his electrian .I had called and left a message on both phones still no attempts of coming to fix it I had called DBS office and left a message on fri oct 12th. Im still without no lights on my back porch .Im very concerned that some ones gonna slip and fall, especially one of my grandkids .Please I would like this resolved. Thank You. Telaine
The electrician has been there to fix the Telaine *** light. DBS contacted Ms *** after the electrician contractor had been there to resolve the issue that was stated. The issue has been taken care of and the customer is very happy.
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 13152919, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
My wife and I contracted with DBS Basement Solutions to have water issues in our basement resolved. In this job they were to install a sump pump and requisite discharge lines. The business representative continually said that in the spring, once the ground had thawed, we only needed to call to schedule a time for the discharge lines to be installed. When the time came, both my wife and I reached out to that representative. His response was that the discharge lines were not included in the contract. Really? Then why make the previous statements?
On top of that, the work crew put several "dents" in the sheetrock of our finished basement bathroom and had to return to replace the concrete used for the area of the sump pump because the initial layer collapsed, ostensibly due to the cold temperatures this winter.
We contacted *** before we got a letter from the Revdex.com and already had a date set for our crew to go to his home and fix and complete the job. As it is a very busy time of year, we couldn’t get out there as soon as we would have liked. The foreman of the crew was there on July 31st and completed the work. I talked to the foreman on August 2 and he said he had completed it and that the customer, *** was very happy.
