We have been in contact, both by email and by phone, with this customer We have a scheduled meeting on 9-13-to see if we can reach some sort of an agreement as to what the customer considers to be wrong with his sprinkler system Numerous complaints have been made by this customer over the past two years, and each complaint had been responded to Upon inspection by my company of each one of those complaints, no issues have ever been detected in regards to the functionality of his sprinkler system This sprinkler system passed the [redacted] [redacted] process and a passing permit was granted If there was anything wrong with the system, it would have been detected by the city inspector and would never have passed the inspection process Thank you
